Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. A full refund, less an administration charge of 10%, is given for cancellations received in writing four weeks prior to the event. Regrettably, for cancellations received within four weeks prior to the event, with no possible substitute attendee, no refund can be made and full payment is required. If cancellation of the event is required a full refund will be given.
